Mike is the best...his promptness, professionalism, and attention to address any problem and fix it quickly says a lot about his character and desire to make us feel satisfied with the end result, which is, complete the issue at hand...and neatly. We would recommend him to do any plumbing concern one might have ..and Mike's attitude is awesome...unselfish and fair. Hire him...you won't regret it.

I called Mike on a Friday afternoon and he was here Saturday morning. He arrived on the scheduled time to replaced my water heater. He's professional and courteous. He was recommended by a neighbor and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Just get my water heater replaced last night. Mike did a same day quote and installation even it's the dinner time. His charge is fair and reasonable. Swift work to get everything done perfectly within around 2 hours. Taught us how to do annual maintenance ourselves to the heater, also he's a honest person by recommending us not to spend money yet on a still good shower cartridge when i consulted to. A very kind person to deal with. Will for sure contact him again for our future plumbing service.

My man Mike came through in a semi-emergency on installing a new Bradford White 50gal water heater after going without hot water for 2-3 days. Called Mike at 330 and he was at my place at 415-420 ready to work. Very professional, very respectful and high integrity. After many attempts with the home warranty phone calls and their contractors, Mike was the real deal. Seen his name/company on yelp, read some reviews and made the phone call. All the previous reviews I read were exactly the guy that showed up to my place 💯💯 The reviews and many 5-stars were all correct. I would highly suggest Mike Fossler anytime for my plumbing needs. I would highly without a doubt recommend Mike to friends/neighbors and etc…. Within 2 hours Mike had hot water restored throughout the house with a new water heater. Thanks Mike, appreciate the work, honesty and professionalism.

Mike was very helpful! He stepped in last minute when our home warranty failed to send someone out to fix our leaks. He was professional, fair priced, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He’s definitely our preferred plumber now. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Michael was very professional from the start. He listened to what my plumbing issues were, diagnosed the problem rapidly, and made the repairs very quickly. During the job, Michael was very neat and left the work area clean and free of dirt/debris. He spent the time to test the repairs and demonstrated to me my plumbing was fixed. I was searching for a plumber that could replace my water pressure regulator and install a new water heater at our home. Thank goodness I found Fossler plumbing. When I called I got to speak to Michael the owner. I told him what was needed at our home and he was able to give me a quote right over the phone. Very nice and great customer service skills. Got different quotes but Michaels quote couldn’t be beat. Plus I went on Yelp to see what kind of reviews the company had and they were all 5 star reviews. That also helped me make the final decision. Michael dispatched Mike out to our home what a personable and knowledgeable guy totally happy he was the one to do the job at our home. Mike made it look super easy with the installation and he shared some of his plumbing knowledge with us. Couldn’t be more happier with the outcome of our installation.

Gave Mike a call about our Flushmate assisted flush toilet that wasn’t flushing, it would run constantly and make gurgling noises. He knew exactly what was wrong just by talking with him over the phone. For reference, we had another large and well-known company install it (I won’t name names) that said it would take 15-20 minutes to do and ended up taking a little over an hour. Mike was available to make it out within 30 minutes of my call. He took a look at the tank and fixed 2 issues with it within about 10 minutes and explained everything to me along the way. Needless to say, he is super knowledgeable and professional. I will always trust a smaller local tradesman over the bigger guys! Will 100% be calling Mike for all future plumbing needs. Thanks!
